The importance of constantly training and sharpening our skills simply cannot be overstated. No one who ever calls 911 does so because they are having a good day. So, when they do, they deserve the very best. Lives are at risk, and the competency of our responders should be second to none.
The purpose of 10-19 Training is to ensure that we can provide the very best service possible to our community. Our overall goal in training should be to support the services our members provide through a safe and effective training program that are consistent, relevant, and of the highest quality.
